Refurbishment of 8,500 sqft space to create 6 photography studios and office space.

The approach was to re-use as much of the existing building fabric as possible, with the design focused around inserting a series of black timber clad interventions - each driven by a functional requirement of the brief, but collectively used to instil a new identity within the space.
